Here are some of the key elements of our course:

DAY1

  • How to analyze the customer "audience" and tune your presentation to their needs

  • How to organize the presentation for maximum impact

  • How to command attention from the start

  • How to respond to customer needs with benefits and features of your products and services

  • How to present technical information clearly and graphically to non-technical audiences

  • Videotaped presentations: Each day participants make a presentation to the group.  The presentation is videotaped and analyzed by the class and the facilitator from the point of view of organization and structure, getting and holding attention, audience adaptation, presenting benefits and features. 

 DAY2

  • Basics of Delivery techniques

  • How to use visual aids effectively

  • Persuasion techniques

  • How to handle questions and challenges with confidence

  • Videotaped presentations:  

Participants make a second presentation to the group. The presentation is analyzed by the group and the instructor from the point of view of influencing strategies, visual aids, delivery skills and handling questions.  The presentation is videotaped and analyzed by the class.
