Simulation:
Site/Central Exercise
In
a simulation exercise, a team of “Managers” at the
“Central Corporate” office will introduce a change to a
“site” team. Key
learnings from this exercise graphically demonstrate the
frustration and resentment created when top management brings
about change. Participants
will learn experientially what they must do to minimize the
negative impact of change and enlist the support of
subordinates.
