360 Coaching
A process of individual coaching is
usually tailored for the specific needs of the individual.
Our philosophy is to propose a time-limited approach
with checkpoints and evaluation of progress built in, as
opposed to an open-ended relationship.
The following is a typical approach for managers and
professionals following their 360 feedback.
1:
Initial Feedback Session

Review of the InnerView
360 feedback report, focusing on

Understanding
the key messages from Manager, Others, and Direct Reports
(where applicable)

Noting and
analyzing differences in perceptions
-
Analysis of
underlying factors that resulted in this feedback

Analysis of how
this feedback may be related to personality factors, using the
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (If you do not have a recent MBTI
report, we recommend completing this before the coaching
session. This can be completed at a convenient time at our
secure website.)
2:
Individual Coaching Sessions (by telephone or in person)
If follow up coaching is
indicated in the development plan, telephone conferences 30-45
minutes each are held with the Coach. Specific assignments are
given, and the coaching conversations track the progress,
results, and impact.
Fees
Our fees for the process described above
are $250 per hour for face-to-face sessions and $200 per hour
for telephone sessions, plus travel expenses.
Other testing instruments are also available and may be
chosen. These
include: the FIRO-B interpersonal relations, the NEO Five
Factor Personality Assessment, The Emotional Intelligence
Quotient (EQI), the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Style Inventory,
the Decision Style Inventory, the Change Style Indicator, the
Strong Career Interest Inventory, the Stress Resiliency
Inventory, and the Social Styles Inventory.
