Assessment

Collecting data is essential to identifying needs, clarifying performance gaps, setting a baseline, supporting investments, and measuring improvement.  We use many tools and techniques to help clients collect and analyze data for planning, decision making, training and development, and designing organizational improvement strategies.

Individual Assessment

  • 360 degree assessment and feedback using InnerView our web-based feedback system.  We can customize the instrument to measure your organization’s leadership competencies, or use our own.  Detailed individual reports provide clear evidence of strengths and development needs.  Individuals also receive individual development planning software to use in analyzing their data and creating improvement plans. As part of coaching and development, we frequently use several instruments to provide feedback, insight, and direction for growth.

Team Assessment

  • Interviews and Focus Groups.  Intensive interviews and focus groups provide data regarding the health of teams and the basis for targeted improvement strategies.

  • Surveys and instruments help to develop a team profile that identifies strengths and areas for improvement, existing and needed capabilities, and opportunities for greater collaboration and productivity.

Organizational Assessment

  • Climate and attitude surveys.  Our confidential web-based surveys provide an avenue for candid employee assessment of organizational issues.  These surveys, along with follow-up interviews and focus groups, identify and quantify opportunities for improvement and provide a benchmark for future measurement.

  • Customer service surveys.  Our web-based surveys provide a way to identify and quantify customer perceptions and point the way for your organization to align with customer needs—whether the customer is internal or external.

  • Needs assessment and follow-up measurement.  Training dollars must be targeted to address clearly identified needs and opportunities, and training must show a return on investment.  We support the efforts of training departments by helping to assess needs and measure improvement using surveys, focus groups, interviews, 360° feedback, and other instruments.

  • Culture assessment. Before launching Diversity or Cultural Inclusion initiatives, benchmark data needs to be collected to ensure that initiatives address appropriate areas – policies, practices, cultural norms, attitudes, etc. Our web-based survey enables you to gather both numerical and verbal data to determine where to focus your improvement efforts.
