starting her own firm she served as an officer in two other consulting and training
firms. At LEAD Associates in Charlotte, NC she became Managing Partner and CEO.
For more than ten years she was a senior consultant at Hayes and Associates of
Winston-Salem, NC, where she became Senior Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer. For over twenty years, Ms. Alexander has worked with hundreds of
organizations throughout the United States. Her expertise includes leadership
development, teambuilding, assessment and analysis, training program design and
development, as well as sales and account management. Her clients include
Fortune 500 companies as well as small, owner- operated businesses. Ms.
Alexander is also co-owner of several small family businesses in Charleston, SC.
She has served in many citizens groups in the community over the years,
including serving as chair of the Quality Education Committee, special project
chair for the Community Relations Committee, and as a Director of The Relatives,
an agency serving teenagers in the Charlotte area. Currently she serves as
President of United Family Services, and is on the speakers bureau for the
Shelter for Battered Women.

Jerry Hancock has more than 30 years of experience in the field of communication. His expertise includes
interpersonal communication, group dynamics, team skills, presentations, mass
media, marketing, sales, advertising and public relations. He is an experienced
manager, having managed production, operations, and start up projects at
commercial broadcasting firms. He also managed the Community Development
function of the Greater Charlotte Chamber of
Commerce, where he worked closely
with community business leaders, managed projects, and conducted training.
He
has also owned and operated his own advertising and public relations firm. He is
particularly skilled in helping organizations build high performance teams. He
is successful in helping managers, professionals, and teams at all levels
develop collaborative work practices, negotiate mutually successful agreements,
resolve conflict, and analyze and solve problems. He has developed his own time
management tool, daycoach™ which is marketed privately. Evidence of Jerry's

techniques. His credits include being a guest commentator on "All Things
Considered," National Public Radio, and the publishing of numerous journal

and the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce.
