About Us

Our Logo

Our logo is a composite of tools that sailors have used for centuries to chart a journey and measure progress. The compass - like the vision of an organization - provides a heading to ensure the ship is aimed toward the destination. The charts and maps show what other sailors have learned - how to avoid shoals and obstacles. And the telescope helps sailors constantly scan the horizon for early signs of changing seas and weather. These tools symbolize our work with organizations: charting a direction, continuous learning and adapting, and measuring progress.

Our Vision
