James E. Kroncke

Jim Kroncke has twenty-seven years of experience as a management consultant and trainer, fourteen of those as founder of Kroncke Consulting.  He has provided relationship management and communications consulting/training for a variety of companies from banking and utilities to manufacturing and government.

Jim's background in relationship management skills training makes him especially adept at team building and customer service development.  As a certified consultant in the Five Factor Personality Profile, he has helped individual clients and teams increase their "emotional intelligence" and, therefore, their ability to build collaborative work relationships.

Jim has an MBA from Wake Forest University and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He is active in the Winston-Salem community and is a member of his church's leadership team.
